@Rebellion81 moin, can be found in the corresponding PDFs on the linked page. These various "fillings". These documents seem very cryptic. If necessary, simply have them translated and interpreted by an AI.

Yes, I did that, but I thought it had more to do with the fact that a managing director is leaving and that 1/3 of the shares are being withheld due to insider trading etc.. So that something like that happens automatically.

So it's nothing negative, it's just a normal process. But of course it's bitter when a top man from the management leaves, or perhaps had to leave?

@Rebellion81 the Form-4 form also refers to "Smithers Paul E." and "Bui Andy". Had to have a look at the other recently published documents.

No, I'm not invested, just interested. I had subscribed to the newsletter, so I get one or two things.

Looking at the share price, nobody seems to read the SEC fillings. 😅
