I wonder if they won't take over at some point with their takeovers. They've been making a lot of acquisitions lately.

@DividendenWaschbaer I don't think so much now, because on the one hand these are good times for takeovers from a macroeconomic point of view and on the other hand it is part of Mutares' strategy, which has been consistently pursued since 2017...and in Laumann's words they are within the framework for continuous exits in the future. (up to 8 planned for 2025)

In addition, the dividend has been increased or maintained for 7 years, €2 minimum dividend and I believe they do not want to jeopardize or further expand their reputation here either...so all in all, in my opinion, a round package.
