This is probably the last time I'm adding to $JEPQ (20 shares this time). Just in time for the ex dividend date... 🙂

This brings me up to 211 shares for $JEPQ and 311 shares of $JEPI , which means just below 200$/month in dividends. At the moment I am planning on keeping those, but adding to $SPYI and $QQQI instead for the yummy monthly inflow of cash dividends.

Any opinions about this move?

@RalphMPastor thanks for the message. I will focus more and more on the ones I truly wanna hold forever (e.g. $SCHD , $O , $SPLG etc.)

@RalphMPastor I sold $VICI some time ago, not because I don't believe in it, just wanted to shrink my portfolio. To be honest I think $O will be a major position for income, but so will be $SCHD .
ATM I have $O , $MAIN , $JEPI , $JEPQ , $SPYI , $QQQ as mainly income plays, but trying to build $SCHD and $SPLG into positions large enough for 2k$/month in net dividend income, with another 2-2.5k$ coming in from rental income. Once that is done, #fire

@MrSmith yeah, I hear you. I bought it simply for cash flow purposes, but there might be better options out there by now, hence looking at $SPYI and $QQQI
