Eli Lilly $LLY (+2 %) is in advanced negotiations negotiationsto acquire the cancer research specialized biotech company Scorpion Therapeutics which specializes in cancer research.
According to the Financial Times the deal is said to be worth up to 2.5 billion US dollars have.
