@Ph1l1pp Then why don't you explain which analysis you are basing your statement on? So much time has passed since Buffet's announcement that you can of course make such well-founded and detailed statements. Sorry, but anyone who goes out on a limb like that without any evidence must be able to withstand criticism.

I would say the underperformance is due to the sheer size of the capital. They will only outperform strongly in the future if a liquidity crisis á 2008 occurs.

If something like that happens, they could set any conditions as an investor, such as "I'll give you money, but in return I'll give you Vz shares with 10% profit distribution until my investment is back in with subsequent conversion into common shares 1:2."

Otherwise, under normal market conditions, they will tend to outperform normally to slightly as long as Abel doesn't go crazy.

@StocksBot will certainly be one of the decisive factors, but Warren drew attention to this problem years ago.

Even if Abel had already made the majority of all decisions for several months, this would only mean being positioned delta neutral to the market

Directional bets have always been made almost exclusively by Buffett. It remains to be seen whether Abel can also make these decisions - I am skeptical 🤷🏻‍♂️
