Hello my fellow investors and traders, what is your opinion on this stock $NIO (-2,52 %) ? I have a fairly large part of my investment in this stock. It seems like it is going down again. Is it a good time to dollar-cost-average now or just wait for it to go up?

In the long term, I don't want to sell them all, but also want to reduce my investment portion in them.
