Will Commerzbank rise?

Do you think $CBK (+3,86 %) can now rise even further following the ECB's approval for Unikredit to further increase its shares?

It may be that they will also introduce compulsory fees from 1.6. No more free accounts. We don't know whether this will have a good or bad effect. But it's also possible that the bubble is bursting, I'm not sure how the price is developing.
