Tetra Tech has updated its forecast for fiscal year 2025 based on its current outlook, which includes the potential impact of the ongoing U.S. federal government review process.

For fiscal 2025, Tetra Tech expects full-year net sales guidance2 to be between $4.365 billion and $4.765 billion and adjusted earnings per share3 to be between $1.37 and $1.52. For the second quarter of fiscal year 2025, Tetra Tech expects net sales between $1.0 billion and $1.1 billion and earnings per share between $0.30 and $0.33.
