$PXD What kind of buy-in do you have with Exxon now?

I bought for 100 euros.

Then it rose to 113.30 euros yesterday.

Now I got a buy-in at Exxon of 94.70 euros.

Unfair or?

How did TR get to 94.70 euros?

You don't understand the question yourself. Rewrite it again 😉.

@MrCumEx helps just as little when exactly
@Der_Dividenden_Monteur 4.3 and 11.3 each for 50 euros via savings plan...
Imagen de perfil
@MrCumEx on 4.3 the price was between 96.16€ and 97.78, on 11.3 between 98.47 and 99.21
According to Xetra,
So you could end up with a purchase price of 94.xx, depending on the spread
Depending on how the spread was, the price of the TR is already there
@Der_Dividenden_Monteur No, because I paid 100 euros for my Pioneer shares. This means that the buy-in for my Exxon shares must now also be at least 100 euros. Anything else is clear fraud!

@Der_Dividenden_Monteur I think I would have bought Pioneer shares for 10,000 euros back then. Then it would have been a huge fraud!
3
@MrCumEx No fraud, ignorance on your part. The merger has been fixed for half a year, as have the conditions. Just google and read.
4
@Transporter It doesn't say anything about the buy-in.

Keep up the good work!

@arvabu Yes, I still made a profit.

The merger is an all-stock transaction valued at $59.5 billion, or $253 per share, based on the closing price of ExxonMobil stock on October 5, 2023. Upon completion of the transaction, Pioneer shareholders will receive 2.3234 ExxonMobil shares for each Pioneer share...... may help to calculate the buyin based on your pioneer shares.

@trader64 Thank you. It's really very complicated. Why keep it simple when it can be very complicated ;-)
@trader64 I only bought it in March. But you have to set up a highly complex formula to know whether it would have been worth it :D Luckily I didn't put 30,000 euros into it!
@trader64 Getquin hasn't done anything yet. Do you think they convert it automatically or do you have to do it yourself?
Imagen de perfil
@MrCumEx then you would certainly have created a highly complex formula to know that it went right...😂
@trader64 Yes, it's totally worth it with a 100 euro stake :D

do you mean $XOM?
@1Chrischi1 Yes, Pioneer has now become Exxon shares tonight.
@1Chrischi1 don't know any other Exxon company.
Imagen de perfil
so i'm not quite clear.
did you sell the pioneer shares and buy exxon instead?
they are two completely different companies 🫣

@1Chrischi1 ok, now i understand something. they were bought up, i didn't realize it
@1Chrischi1 Exactly.
Was I the only one who had PXD shares or?
