In terms of liability, even doctors can be held responsible, as well as the pharmacy and the laboratory. All very complicated compared to tested products from Novo and ELi Lilly. Personally, I don't see the grits from HIMS as a direct competitor to NOVO, but as a kind of TEMU for medicines. There have already been deaths in the USA. Of course, everything has yet to be proven, but when preparations are offered so cheaply, the quality usually suffers. If the regulators turn to telehealth providers regarding liability, then good night HIMS.
