I decided to sell out of this position. $NEP was good to me (ROI > 28%) and 12% dividends was solid as well. I just don't trust their recent rally as well as keeping the dividend payments coming when the payout ratio is more than 110%.

Reinvested the money right away in my cornerstone ETFs $SPLG and $SCHD as well as some $O (-2,11 %) and $JEPQ .

We shall see if this was the right decision...

I have considered dumping JEPQ as well for a similar reasons.

@SafeHaven I do like the cashflow though that is generated on a monthly basis... Might consider moving $JEPI into $SPYI and $JEPQ into $QQQI ... Not sure yet.
$SVOL and $JEPQ have treated me well. I may swap $JEPQ for $QQQI. I have started building a position in $QDTE. I will probably be building that for the remainder of the year. Like you I an trying to build monthly income. I like the weekly distributions.

@SafeHaven I wasn't aware of $QDTE , but I will definitely check that one out... Really new though... 🙄🙄🙄
Congrats on 800/mo.

@SafeHaven Thanks, but it is not quite 800$/mo (yet). 🙂
My avg. is ~500$/mo. as of now, with forward 12mo I am looking at 730/mo. (without further investments) and >900/mo. (with investments).
Not too shabby...
Are you a Premium member? Do you find it worth it? If so, what are a few of the best features? Any negatives? I do not see a stock screener.

@SafeHaven I am not a premium member and at the moment I see little need for becoming one...
