Why? I have them too, but apart from the dividend, nothing is happening. In terms of the share price, they're not budging. And the dividend isn't that high either.
I'm thinking about getting rid of them.

@Solitair I see the current prices below €50 as a chance and an opportunity. Little is happening to the price at the moment, that's true... But does it have to? There are so many strong stocks and values that sometimes take a breather over a longer period of time... I am very bullish on $O in the long term and will continue to build up my position ☺️

I share Chris' opinion... If the FED cuts interest rates this year (and that is to be expected) the share price will recover significantly... Cheaper financing and higher valuation of the real estate portfolio...

I have increased $O to 1,000 shares. Why? $O has been increasing its dividend for 30 (!) years. With almost 16,000 commercial rental properties, increasingly also in Europe, it is one of the best-positioned REITs. In addition, the share is less susceptible to bear markets as the income is based on long-term contracts. As soon as interest rates fall in the USA, the share price rises again significantly. $O is particularly interesting as a long-term investment with monthly distributions. The share price performance is almost a minor matter.
