JEPQ Distribution not counted

$JEPQ (-6,5 %) Good morning . Have any of you invested in Trade Republik and jepq since December?

I should have two distributions.

Unfortunately I only have one and yesterday the second one came but right before that the first one was canceled.

But the problem now is that although the second one is listed directly afterwards, my cash position has not changed.

In my case, the distribution in January was initially paid out without tax. It was then canceled yesterday and paid out with tax deducted. Otherwise, I received a normal distribution in February.

I've looked at all the statements again. I don't have two distributions. So I'll have to contact support. I'm curious to see if it's really as bad as everyone reports.
