Normal "China risk".
It's a pity, I find the companies fundamentally very exciting.

Could lead to an exciting entry opportunity in the future. I have Tencent on my watchlist and it is one of the few Chinese companies that does not oppose the government. Apart from that, the company is not only active in the gaming sector. I'm curious to see how far it falls and if everyone is out and nobody wants it, I'll get in 🤣

@BamBam84 let me know when you get on. I'm coming with you. What is your target course for joining?

@Esperanza Support should be strong around EUR 30, which is also where the stock turned in 2022 when China crashed. Let's see what the Americans do today, but in my opinion the risk/reward potential should be good around EUR 30. Lg

@Esperanza Perhaps it will recover relatively quickly if this is revised a little.

@BamBam84 Yes, it fits. Actually, I also have respect for the company. WeChat, Tencent Cloud, Tencent music and video platform and all the games. For me, it's China Meta and all that. WeChat pay is used everywhere, so it's already very entrenched in the economy

@BamBam84 China corrections usually experience such sell-offs near the bottom.

@Esperanza yes exactly, that's why I find it so exciting

@Dirty30 I'm thinking about how to proceed here now, could also recover quickly. Just wait and see

@BamBam84 difficult to say. I currently only have BYD on my watchlist. All the others are simply being held.

@Dirty30 although Tencent offers less risk than BYD in my opinion. BYD would have to collapse a little more in terms of valuation.

@BamBam84 i believe that tencent will recover quite quickly. i am considering buying more.

You always hope for a turnaround, but it makes little sense to hold on to sinking ships forever

It's a real shame how such great companies are made so unattractive. I'm seriously thinking about switching the China stocks into an EM ETF

@mhu Chinese firecrackers 🤣 awesome I have to remember that
Imagen de perfil
Unfortunately, this is also the reason why EM ETFs are somehow not performing. Some country is always making a massive mess of things.

I also had all the BigTech stocks from China and got out years ago, they just bang out these things regardless of losses. You can't calculate

Capitalists hate this trick

Man man man, you could have written something about it instead of just slapping in the link

@Alpalaka Moin Alpa. 9 o'clock in the morning and I'm getting beef again 😂

But will gladly accept your development-oriented feedback.

Crap when the government blocks the growth of companies
Imagen de perfil
Given the news, I am rather considering slowly expanding the position over the next 6 months.... Greetings from Xi'an. The country's economy seems to be doing well (my bubble incl. Chinese customers). By low not buy high... 🧐🧐
Imagen de perfil
@Ridick I have a similar view. A few more people will be flushed out of the market before the next rise.
Imagen de perfil
@Dirty30 The only thing that worries me is the Taiwan conflict. But it may well be that it will drag on for a long time, so my guess is that things will pick up again. I'm rather optimistic about the second half of the year, especially if you look at the price movements of the indices...
Imagen de perfil
@Dirty30 It is questionable whether investor confidence will return in the long term after what has happened in recent years
Imagen de perfil
@mhu what counts for me is the price gain (price increase) and solid companies. Many have fallen in price to a good, favorable level... as a private investor, I don't really care what other investors do. The main thing is that the company runs. Basically, buy when the others are afraid. I am an ETF supporter so no falling companies unless as a gamble...

@Benobi therefore also a high risk/reward ratio. Not for the faint-hearted given the volatility. You can see this from the fact that the Hang Seng fluctuates between 10000-30000 points within 2-3 years 😅
