Hey hey community 😉 $VAR1 (+0,27 %) or $DPW (-2,28 %) or $POST (+0 %) which of these 3 stocks would you recommend as a new purchase? Have to invest until the end of March rough 1500-2000€ 😉

Thank you 👌🏼

@Smudeo yes the tax is unfortunately generally a lousy topic 😅 but anything is better than getting 10cent interest in the bank 🤣🤣

@Patrick-2800 I have not seen you are from Austria then OE Post, or Starbag, or Pallfinger, or or. Have a few in ATX and others.

@California_Dreamin I don't think the three of them are that special either.

@California_Dreamin I would also like to add that only dividends are taxed. You can certainly buy shares in the hope of a price increase regardless of the dividend or taxation 😊. But that does not mean that I would buy one of the selected shares. Lg

@California_Dreamin @Patrick-2800

How do you get the tax rate? Due to the double taxation agreement, this should not be the standard. Normally, only the withholding tax of 15% would be withheld in Germany and this is fully creditable against the Austrian income tax with a special tax rate of 27.5%? That's what it says at the WKO (just checked again).
@California_Dreamin how is it in Austria with shares&ETFs taxation in general? In Germany you have up to 1000€ p.a. for capital gains free and then 25% capital gains tax. +withholding tax depending on share region
