Fucked up big time

I joined the ride with $3350 (-9,76 %) but didnt take profits and now it feels like i just got pump and dumped xd should i sell to cut losses (700€) or shoud i hold the shares? I honestly feel like this is a big lesson for me, that was more a gamble than a investing de decision.
