I know, counter-questions to a question are stupid 😇. What are your motives for the purchase? What strategy are you pursuing that OMV fits in? They are a good dividend payer, although the next dividend will be lower. Not the overperformer in terms of price, some people like to use the share for swing trades. The last figures were mixed, the outlook is okay. I find the geothermal project exciting in view of the intention to reduce CO2, on the other hand a major gas project in the Black Sea, which will start production in the near future. Interesting cooperations in the chemicals sector and with Airbus could have a positive impact. OMV is not the first choice now, but if you want to cover the sector it is an alternative to Big Oil and outside the US

My motives were mainly the dividend and the hopefully soon ending Ukraine war. In addition, I think OMV can be traded well between 30-50€ plus good dividend should not be a decade investment

@Dividendenopi Just for the sake of completeness, the regular dividend will rise to €3.05 but the special dividend will fall to €1.70
