Definitely not a feature we've all been waiting for.
Anyone who has ever sat in an economics lecture knows exactly what will happen now: The timeline will be flooded with irrelevant ChatGPT posts from people who would otherwise just leave it alone because now there's something to win.
If you're not sure whether you can contribute something good, you'll choose quantity over quality when in doubt. I'm already looking forward to posts like "The 10 best stocks that start with P"
And anyway, why can you buy the points? That would make the whole system absurd. So what's next? How about exclusive posts that you have to pay real money to unlock in order to read them? I would definitely subscribe to such a financial-only fan of @topicswithhead.

@Soprano see at $MAIN the latest post, which appeared after this post here...
This is how it will look everywhere now.
In any case, the feature should not be presented as a quality offensive.
For me, getquin is actually a platform for tracking my portfolio and discussing financial topics. In the meantime, the focus is increasingly on the feed: Top creator of the week, buying coins and/or earning extra via some challenge.
For me, this is absolutely the wrong direction, as the actual task - tracking - is being neglected.
What the green competitor is constantly bringing out in terms of news for tracking/insights - getquin is miles away from that.
Well, Facebook for small investors

@Soprano hahaha I think it's funny and cool in itself, but I can already see that the spam rate can get higher. There are things that are good to use with an AI (quarterly figures) and other things that are not. However, this is probably not taken into account when posting. On the other hand, you also have to say that 10 points per post are quite few, so you would have to post for a really long time to buy something with them. So hats off to anyone who wants to do this with Chat GPT, it shows character even then

@Alpalaka Yeah cool, the whole post is written completely in bold for more attention. I'M ALREADY LOOKING FORWARD TO ALL THE POSTS FROM NOW ON ONLY IN CAPSLOCK AND WITH EXCLAMATION MARKS!!!!!!!!

@Alpalaka well, I think Getquin can use the community function and thus clearly stand out from the other trackers. Of course, this is only possible if the tracker at least perfectly maps the basic function. This is less the case here, but you can still use the app as social media. At least for me.

@Soprano YEAH BABY

@topicswithhead Of course for me it's also social media, you can't even read in dividend pdfs. For tracking, the competitor is definitely the first choice

@Soprano @Alpalaka @topicswithhead Stay relaxed - we already know what we're doing. If the feature doesn't have the planned effect, then we'll just adapt it.
