Since the last recommendation of a report was quite well received, here is the next one.

What's it about this time?

Everyone is talking about the energy transition and future developments in the automotive and electronics sectors. But what is needed for this and does Germany even have the necessary resources?

The report provides an insight into the areas of copper and lithium supply and their production. Once again, geopolitical developments play a major role.

Although the quality of the report cannot keep up with that of Arte, it is nevertheless informative. You also get a brief insight into listed companies. $ALB (-4,08 %)

Citizens' initiatives are trying to block everything to do with the energy transition in Germany. Everyone shouts out how green they are at heart and when companies want to set up battery recycling plants, for example, there are counter-movements. A wind turbine yes, but please not in my beautiful view etc.
That's not going to work for us.

It has nothing to do with the report, but it's worth getting excited about.

I am invested in $NDA because we will need more basic resources and recycling will play a major role. However, as @GoDividend has said, there is this veil of resistance in Germany, with far too much resistance to actual implementation in the end
