headquarters is around the corner from me. not an investment case for me. inefficient working methods and dependent on the surrounding automotive industry which leads to strong cyclicality. transformation of steel production to low emission will be won by others. also a lot of influence from banks and works councils/employee foundations. quick changes therefore difficult. on the other hand very appreciated as an employer by all accounts.

Automotive-heaviness (32-40%) I am aware of, but next to mechanical engineering, e-industry, pipes and railroad division still tolerable; transformation to low emission others like $MT, $TATASTEEL, $TKA or Chinese companies will clearly win in quantity; as far as qualities are concerned, however, I see $VOE well positioned;
