3. Pfizer to sell patented drugs at non-profit price
Following criticism regarding their Covid vaccine, Pfizer $PFE (+2,18ย %) has announced that they will be making all of their patented medicines available at cost-price to 45 of the worldโs poorest countries. This includes Cominarty, the COVID-19 vaccine, Covid treatments, among others. $PFE (+2,18ย %) has also announced that when they launch new medicines and vaccines, these 45 countries will also be included in the portfolio at a non-for-profit price. Some of this was announced at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
