Share falls because they are late with their payments? So weird, maybe a good time to buy or are there other details? Who knows more ?

How much too late?

If you have been waiting since this morning, it is possible that the auditors will not sign off on the figures, which could lead to accounting fraud.

I really remember $ADM there it was the same consequence were penalties etc because something was not right😄

Well, all alarm bells should ring if regulatory requirements are not adhered to, which in the worst case can lead to the withdrawal of the stock exchange listing. I think there's something wrong if it comes to that. By how much was the deadline exceeded?
