Kunshan, a city near Shanghai, is / was 90% of all laptops produced. Mainly Taiwanese companies active in China. Current goal to move all production to Vietnam by 2027. Production is ramping up in Vietnam, and many Chinese will now build their manufacturing capacity in South East Asia. If there is a conflict with Taiwan / USA, companies can continue to supply the world from a 3rd country. Even if they are Chinese and Taiwanese.
