Hey you piqued my interest and I took a look at VICI myself. Do you see the concentration in tenants as a bigger risk? Considering the history of VICI's origins....

•@Divmann Interesting question. If you start with the really big casinos, I think there is a relatively low risk that they will become insolvent. If it does happen, the casinos in Las Vegas in particular are in such demand that a new operator will be found immediately. There will be no serious question of Caesars Palace or the Venetian being closed due to insolvency. I think there are enough operators queuing up to be allowed to run such a casino.
