Nice to read something about $SNPS here! Still seems to me to be one of the lesser-known players in the semiconductor industry.

True, although I have repeatedly presented the value.

@Tenbagger2024 Yes, I think the focus is simply too much on $NVDA $AMD and co, also due to the media coverage. $AMAT $CDNS is unfortunately also hardly discussed, even in English-speaking forums.

There are some exciting companies that are hardly mentioned.
Especially when it comes to shovels.
It will now be exciting to see who can best incorporate AI into their software to enable companies to increase their stomachs.
I think cybersecurity will also play an increasingly important role.
Nvidia is being hunted more and more by its competitors and its lead will shrink.
But right now Nvidia is building up an enormous cash flow and is investing heavily and has its fingers in every pie.
I think it's extremely clever of the CEO to invest in exciting areas such as autonomous driving.
Hardly anyone here writes about companies that benefit from the expansion of infrastructure in data centers.
Like about
$VRT or. $MOD

@Tenbagger2024 yes, when it comes to who can properly monetize AI and incorporate it into their software, I see the risk of backing the wrong horse as very high, here I am a fan of $PLTR even if it is primarily not an AI company.
I am also very bullish on cybersecurity as a sector with regard to AI! $CRWD is very interesting, but you can also see this in the valuation.
I also have my reservations about $NVDA. At the moment, the moat through CUDA is still very large, but with a 60-70% margin, the incentive for the competition or even among the company's own biggest customers (Amazon, Microsoft, Meta) to catch up is of course very large and they already have their own chips in development. In addition, $GOOGL have always had their own TPU chips and could also sell them to other companies if necessary.
That's my thought too! They are trying to open up new business areas through software and investments in other areas and I am sure that Jensen Huang is a top CEO.
However, at the current valuation of $NVDA, I believe the downside potential is very high if the figures don't deliver. That's why I'm not invested.
$VRT I've also had on my watchlist for some time, but haven't yet decided to invest. However, it is very interesting at the moment after the small downward movement. What do you think of the company?
$MOD I'll have to take a look, thanks for the tip!

I would build up rather small positions in the stocks mentioned.
I usually build up larger positions in long-runners and compounders that have proven over the years that they can continue to grow and have a good business model and moat.

Otherwise, I see potential in terms of AI with
$HY9H
and
$QCOM
I think Qualcom is the top address for making AI possible in smartphones.
And the focus is already on bringing AI to mobile devices. Apps with AI functions will then follow.
And there are already prototypes of cell phones without apps.
AI should also make apps superfluous in the future.

@Tenbagger2024 Yes, I agree, you should adjust the size of the positions to the risk.
$HY9H looks interesting, I'll take a closer look, thanks!
I'm also very convinced by $QCOM, and the first Windows-enabled arm chips from $QCOM for laptops are due out this year. I think a lot of growth is possible, also in combination with AI. With the Snapdragon chips for smartphones, they already have the best chips for mobile devices on the market and have proven themselves. Combined with AI, $2454 and $005930 will really pull away from the competition.
I'm really annoyed that I didn't buy the Dip last year!
