1. the German government takes control of the German Rosneft subsidiary.
Rosneft Deutschland has about 12% of Germany's oil processing capacity and is one of the country's largest oil processing companies. The company has been placed by the German government under the administration of the Federal Network Agency, which will ensure its ongoing operations. The trusteeship takes effect today and is initially limited to six months.

2nd Uber hacked
According to initial reports, the hacker used social engineering tactics, in which criminals take advantage of people's gullibility and inexperience to gain access to company systems. The suspected hacker gained control of Uber's internal systems after compromising an employee's Slack account.
