You should definitely have it in your portfolio. I personally have Iberdrola in my portfolio. Enel is also interesting.

Of the German utilities, I prefer RWE. But EOn also interesting

I have E.ON in my portfolio myself. Stable company, with some risks - of course, but a healthy dividend policy. I like the projects that E.ON is helping to drive and implement. All in all, a good investment for me.
