The company was founded in 1995 by Mark Leonard, a former venture capitalist. It went public in 2006 and today has 25,000 employees spread across six operating units: Volaris Group, Harris Computer Systems, Jonas Software, Vela Software, Perseus Operating Group, Total Specific Solutions.

@stefan_21 AlleAktien's methods are highly questionable and the marketing is really ridiculous, but the content of the analyses is actually extremely good.

AlleAktien-Michi definitely knows his stuff 😅 It's just a shame that they are so dubious and use such methods 🤷🏼‍♂️

Hello my dears,
I found the description of Constellation Software at Alle Aktien hält quite good, so I have added the link.

I am not married to the company and do not work there.

That's why I don't understand the excitement right now.

It's just a brief description of the company, nothing more and nothing less.

There is also a You Tube analysis by Martin Görsch, who I hold in high esteem.

@Kytez I always liked the analyses back then too. Not so much the fact that they simply continued to cheekily charge me every month after I canceled and I had to deal with "customer service" - if you can call it that - for weeks on end....
I still get advertising emails even though I've deactivated the newsletter umpteen times. So yes, in principle I agree with you, the analyses weren't that bad but extremely dubious...
