Hello my dear,
another great comparison on an important topic.
Humanity is hungry and wants to be fed.

We still have the biggest population growth in Asia and Africa.
In Africa and India, however, many farmers do not yet have any agricultural machinery and will not be able to afford high-quality tractors.

The Indian manufacturer $MHID
wants to make it possible for these farmers to drive tractors. And that's why I see potential here.

@Tenbagger2024 I'm going with the biggest here simply because they are so well positioned in the USA and also have huge scaling effects with construction but also the change in automation, i.e. data processing. They are also getting into construction and I have already seen a John Deere small excavator. I am also invested in CNH Industrial via Exor, so they are already doing well there

Yes, I agree and I don't want to talk down a Deere.
I just wanted to point out an alternative, and the African and Indian markets have huge potential in agriculture.

@Tenbagger2024 I think I would go with a Japanese on the Asian market. India is already expensive

Mahindra mainly serves the Indian and African markets and the Indian market is not so easy for foreign companies.
One would really have to analyze once again what market share Mahindra has here and how much growth and potential is still expected here.
Moreover, agriculture is only one of several sectors at Mahindra. There are also tuk-tuks, cars, commercial vehicles, etc.
Maybe you should really do one of your great analyses of these.
😘
