Same problem for me. Held 33x and bought 30x on 06.08. Received dividend for 33x. I also wrote them an e-mail this morning.

I'm already looking around for another broker. It's just annoying.

@Wowa83 Thanks for the update. I have already heard that the support has improved since the last dividend dilemma. But this is my first contact with them again since then.

However, as I feared, the answer sounds very much like a chatbot to me. You could make out that he means that the rest of the dividend will come in the next few days. But whether he actually means that is of course questionable.

I'm curious to see what the answer to me will be.
@DividendenWaschbaer Yes, it almost looks like that! But I've now replied to their e-mail again to say that the wrong topic is being dealt with! Maybe someone will edit it now!

@Wowa83 As far as I know, it will then be processed by an employee. Let's hope so. But it's still annoying. I'm sure I'll get an AI reply saying that it's been passed on to the relevant colleagues. :D

@DividendenWaschbaer now received a push message with the correct amount. It has also been corrected in the depot. 👍 I found the support quite ok and quick after all

Hello everyone,
I had the same problem with Hercules - timely additional purchase, but no dividend - was corrected (although only after 3 e-mails), I thought it was ticked off, but now the nasty surprise: the corrected dividend was simply debited again! And it hasn't been credited back yet, I'm being asked to be patient... Has anyone else had this?

@Kitthecat Everything works for me. The incorrect debit at the time was canceled and the correct one posted. I received a 4 cent tax correction a few days ago and don't know what for. But nothing else.
