This stuff never tastes good, does it🤔? At least it fills you up immediately after eating it, only to make you hungry again 2 hours later😂. Good concept, as long as the second hunger is also satisfied there. Are there any studies on this😅?

@Epi The problem, however, is that they have so many fast food chains😅. How do I know that my neighbor with a BMI of over 30 doesn't regularly eat his second meal at Burger King, KFC, Pizza Hut, etc. two hours after the supersize McDonald's menu? I think I need to start with a representative survey in the USA and then check the whole thing in a more extensive study😂.
