Following on from my post of just under a week ago:

I actually found a thread in the official TR forum where some people are also "complaining" that they are missing the dividend from August 20. But there are also some who are still missing the dividend from June 2024. And indeed: I am also missing the June 2024 dividend.

Some people in the forum have already contacted BaFin and/or a lawyer. But TR seems to be screwing up again.

Confirms me again to look around for another broker...

Should I give you another update on the securities account transfer I initiated at the end of JUNE?
It's still not done correctly because TR can't do it. And no, it's not anyone else's fault - only TR's.

I'm also considering transferring TR completely to Scalable or Consors. I feel a bit more secure with a larger bank for 6-digit deposits and I also get dividends faster 😂

Finanzen.net Zero , you can now even reinvest the dividend directly.

@DividendenWaschbaer The APP doesn't show me the June dividend either, but you can see it in more detail under Account statement. Please check this for yourself, because in my case it matches the cash position and the added June dividend.

PS: It was paid out to me on June 29!

Just get away from there and if I may give you a tip: look for a full-service bank broker that manages everything itself and does not outsource the core job to anyone (Baader, Clearstream,...) that is as cheap as possible and keeps the QualityOfService correspondingly low. The extra few euros are well worth the reliability and nerves saved.
