Following on from my post of just under a week ago:

I actually found a thread in the official TR forum where some people are also "complaining" that they are missing the dividend from August 20. But there are also some who are still missing the dividend from June 2024. And indeed: I am also missing the June 2024 dividend.

Some people in the forum have already contacted BaFin and/or a lawyer. But TR seems to be screwing up again.

Confirms me again to look around for another broker...

Just get rid of the filth....also the broker 😉

@SAUgut77 Yes, I've had enough of this. I'm really someone who knows that mistakes can happen. I'm really patient. But I've really had enough.

@DividendenWaschbaer Mistakes in all honor, but that's already the program 🤫🫡

@SAUgut77 That's how I see it too

@SAUgut77 Which broker are you with?
Imagen de perfil
@AnneS smartbroker+...no "interest" on the cash, but satisfied so far.

@SAUgut77 just thinking about setting up an additional one at the ing 🤣
Imagen de perfil
@AnneS well, when it reaches a certain amount for me, I will also move from the discount store to the supermarket for the most part.

But I get my divis on time, good purchase conditions, could also trade on various other exchanges and don't need the support so far, so it's a good fit right now.

@SAUgut77 That's exactly my problem 😅 from a certain size, I feel the need for more security 😅 let's see 😄

@AnneS there are enough alternatives to the discounter...which broker are you with?
Imagen de perfil
@SAUgut77 Scalable and comdirect... I still have to open something for my friend... I'm thinking about using another neobroker or a direct bank

Should I give you another update on the securities account transfer I initiated at the end of JUNE?
It's still not done correctly because TR can't do it. And no, it's not anyone else's fault - only TR's.

@AlterMann I once reacted with sos, because the thumbs up seems inappropriate 😅

Yes, I'll be moving away from TR soon too. Then there will be regular transfers but only a few positions at a time. I'm not in a hurry from that point of view. Petroleo Brasileiro will definitely be the first stock to go. 😅

@DividendenWaschbaer already done😅
Everything is slumbering at the Ing and that's a good thing

I'm also considering transferring TR completely to Scalable or Consors. I feel a bit more secure with a larger bank for 6-digit deposits and I also get dividends faster 😂

@DividendensammIer In principle, TR is super fast with dividends. Sometimes I even get them 1 or 2 days in advance and even on Saturdays.
But there are always outliers.

Why does Homer never have a problem with his 150 shares that almost all pay out! 😂

Imagen de perfil
@MCKrummel-Divi-Holding I think that @Simpson simply doesn't realize when one of the 150 dividends a day is missing.

Imagen de perfil
@DividendenWaschbaer Fortunately, there is getquin and you can see exactly what is coming soon 😂 otherwise I probably wouldn't notice if something was missing 😂 but all-clear all dividends come on time 😂 but I don't have any exotic stocks in my portfolio either 😂

Imagen de perfil
@Simpson I wouldn't necessarily describe Petrobras as exotic😅. And even with "more exotic" stocks, EVERYTHING should run smoothly with a sensible broker laufen🤷🏼‍♂️.

Finanzen.net Zero , you can now even reinvest the dividend directly.

@Reinecke Yes, I'm already there. But Baader Bank isn't that great either 😅
Especially as I have to report every transaction to my employer and Baader Bank charges €2.50 per report.

It will probably be DKB. An alternative from the neobrokers.

@DividendenWaschbaer yes with the French. withholding tax. But a trading fee of 10 euros or more for both buying and selling is of course quite an announcement. The support for Gazprom shares is not exactly competent either. However, the app is far above Zero and TR.
Imagen de perfil
@Reinecke Purchases continue at TR. Apart from maybe the Swiss or something.
But then I transfer the shares semi-annually or annually. TR is simply (still/again) too uncertain for me.

@DividendenWaschbaer The APP doesn't show me the June dividend either, but you can see it in more detail under Account statement. Please check this for yourself, because in my case it matches the cash position and the added June dividend.

PS: It was paid out to me on June 29!

@Danibanani Absolutely correct. And I even saw that I already had the statement before. Because it is recorded in Portfolio Performance. I must have reacted a bit hastily.

Nonetheless, it is of course unacceptable that the statement is missing. Good thing I downloaded it back then. Must have happened in the course of the account changeover or the dividend problem in the summer.

Nevertheless, the dividend from August is still missing, and the next one is due tomorrow. I'm a bit more reassured now, but I'm still going to look elsewhere. Unfortunately, things are piling up at TR.

Thank you very much for your help!

@DividendenWaschbaer Always a pleasure! ✌️Ja I am also considering setting sail for TR. I will probably switch to ING, but I will wait a little longer. There are still too many people who have problems with the securities account transfer.

I have the same problem with TR. Last Charles Schwab is also missing...

Just get away from there and if I may give you a tip: look for a full-service bank broker that manages everything itself and does not outsource the core job to anyone (Baader, Clearstream,...) that is as cheap as possible and keeps the QualityOfService correspondingly low. The extra few euros are well worth the reliability and nerves saved.
Imagen de perfil
@financial_genius_20 I absolutely agree.
I will go to S Broker or DKB. ING is not responding to my request and therefore apparently has no interest in me.
The shares will then be transferred to this broker. I will continue to buy on TR. That way they get something from the fees and S Broker or DKB also earn money from me through the currency conversions 🤷🏻‍♂️😂
Imagen de perfil
@DividendenWaschbaer S Broker is the Sparkasse, isn't it relatively expensive? I find Comdirect relatively good, with a regular savings plan free of charge and many stock exchanges available, I especially like the IPO subscription option.
Imagen de perfil
@ScreamFD IPO with comdirect is great. But the number of savings plans there is very limited
Imagen de perfil
@ScreamFD That's right, S Broker belongs to Sparkasse. They are cheaper than DKB, depending on use (it depends on the services you need and the transaction volume).
But they have the Sparkasse in the background (so they are accessible), offer free currency accounts (interesting for later), offer help with withholding tax refunds and advance exemption for all countries.

I probably won't trade there anyway, unless I want to buy something for myself in larger amounts (which are still small) directly abroad (Tokyo, NY).

The decision is not yet final.
I've already read a lot of positive but also a lot of negative things about Comdirect. Just Commerzbank. I am rather undecided.
