@DividendenWaschbaer actually you have to click. The article is written in such a way that a summary takes a lot out of context but one point would be The future growth rate of VICI at AFFO/Sh is likely to be much lower than the growth rate of the past.

@Wowa83 Great, thank you very much. I didn't know that yet. I've now read the article. At the end there is a short summary of what speaks for and against Vici. His conclusion. Other investments in the equestrian sector such as Alexandria Real Estate, Camden Properties or Crown Castle are currently more lucrative for him.
