You can't automatically infer the profit of certain companies from an existing demand. There are also a number of accompanying circumstances that first have to be met in order to satisfy demand. In fact, in the U.S., for example, hospitals are currently dying because rising costs can no longer be paid in some cases. In addition, there is a massive shortage of healthcare and nursing staff, just as there is here. So no matter how great the demand for hospitals, if the costs cannot be met and there are no staff, there will be no new hospitals.
