@Koenigmidas I had already asked myself that 😅

@Koenigmidas The Formula 1 Group consists of our wholly-owned subsidiaries Formula 1® and Quint as well as other minority shareholdings.

Series A and Series C Liberty Formula One common stock are traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the stock symbols FWONA and FWONK, respectively. Series B Liberty Formula One common stock is quoted on the OTC Markets under the symbol FWONB.

The main difference between the three shares of Liberty Formula One is their voting rights:

Series A (FWONA):
Ordinary common stock with 10 voting rights per share.
Most of the Series A shares are owned by John Malone and his affiliates.

Series C (FWONK):
Ordinary common shares with 1 voting right per share.
These shares are mainly traded on the stock exchange.

Series B (FWONB):
Tracking stock representing the value of Liberty Formula One's investment in Formula One.
No voting rights.

Other differences:
Series A and C shares have a higher trading volume than Series B shares.
Series A and C shares are generally more expensive than Series B shares.

Spoilt for choice 😜
