Stupid question, how can it actually be that the share is already so low at the opening of the stock exchange? Are these automatic orders that are executed?
@YannickSch These are all orders that were placed before the opening. When it was clear that Dortmund would no longer be champion, many then probably made their sell orders in the hope of catching a halfway good price.
@YannickSch In such a case, the prices are made by the buy side. Since there is massive selling pressure at the opening and no one wants to buy at that price, the price falls until it is absorbed by limit orders from the opposite side. No seller is likely to have received a "good" price.
For all BVB fans, this was the opportunity to take home a bitter defeat twice. Don't understand the hype. Buying shares in a club before the season finale is nothing more than a sports bet. But 😅, maybe I'm wrong. The result was actually predictable, because the failure of Borussia is one of the few constants in the BuLi. Congratulations - once again - to Munich.
@Arijole99 Championship or not. in the long run, I don't see a sports club with dependence on expensive, injury-prone players as a solid or strong company. I would also not invest in Bayern if the shares were tradable
@Arijole99 so the fundamentals are rather less sparkling😉 on the subject of going bust, averted insolvency in 2005. "Nothing is impossible" $7203 But good luck
@Arijole99 The factors influencing the share price are unpredictable. The share reacts extremely volatile to individual events. If a superstar is signed, it can go up. If he is injured tomorrow, it goes in the other direction. In the long term, it is impossible to make a reliable assessment.
