Hello getquin,
inflation doesn't seem to be stopping either... Target shares are down 25% and with them today are Tencent's quarterly numbers!

The 9% increase in the consumer price index is the highest since records began in 1989, surpassing the annual increase of 8.4% recorded in March 1992 and well above the 7% recorded in March this year. A quarter of Britons have already given up meals as inflationary pressures and the food crisis combine to create what Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey recently called an "apocalyptic" outlook for consumers.

Shares of Target $TGT (+3,36ย %) fell sharply Wednesday after the company announced that its quarterly earnings were hurt by supply chain issues, higher fuel costs and lower-than-expected sales of consumer products.
The retailer said it is seeing a healthy customer base but a shift to experience-oriented purchases, such as toys for birthday parties and luggage for travel. Target reiterated its sales forecast, which calls for mid-single-digit growth this year and beyond.

Did you know that the worst inflation there was in Zimbabwe in 2008. It rose to 89.7 trillion percent. That's an 89.7 with 21 zeros.
