Could it be that getquin is having some trouble with this ETF here? My suspicion: Since it is a US-only REIT, you can't buy it in the EU (not MIFID compliant).

Have had the ETF for 2 years and am very happy. The quarterly dividends are fun (between 3 - 5% dividend yield).
