Hey guys,

Are any of you with TradeRepublic and have the problem that not all dividends are paid out? I am missing 24€ in August for my $FGEQ (-0,62 %) .

Well, it's your own fault if you're with TR.

The ETF is in my daughter's custody account at comdirect. The dividend has been booked there for a long time.

I took a closer look:
The booking date was 23.08.; the value date was 26.08.

@AlterMann if there are problems with comdirect and something doesn't fit, then it's probably also "well, it's your own fault if you're with comdirect".

Sorry, but that's a pretty stupid statement

@AlterMann It's your own fault if you're with Comdirect 🤥🤭 the value date for TR was 22.08.
Even if someone occasionally has problems, a lot of people don't 🤓 That's why I find these "it's your own fault" statements very unqualified.

@AlterMann and apart from that, anyone who complains here that their securities account transfer to or from TR is not working and expects warm words should not blame others 🤫🫡.

@AlterMann You're a very clever one.😘

@AlterMann Wow. Pretty cocky from someone who has been whining here for 2 months that he can't get his deposit transferred away from TR. XD

Take a look at your bank statements. In some cases, dividends have been credited to your account but are not shown as income in the app

Dividend was booked into my account on 22.08. I have my main custody account with TR. Everything is running smoothly except for the recent delays in switching accounts.

@Bowser Yes, it's the same for me - I also have one of my custody accounts with TR. It also contains $FGEQ and the dividends were credited on time. This can be seen both in the browser and in the app.

@Bowser Thanks for the feedback!

You can also check the transaction list. Sometimes if it comes a day later and you had transactions before that. Then the date goes back and you don't see them at the top as expected, but on the other date earlier and therefore further down!

@MCKrummel-Divi-Holding Thanks for the tip 😊

The ex-day was already on 15.08.
Is it possibly related to this?
Imagen de perfil
@DerMartin The ex-date was the 15th, which is correct, the payment date was 22.8. I was credited on the 26th with a value date of the 22nd, but not TR 😇🙃

@Divcat_ 1-2 days later is a "mega-disaster" for you? Do you need the dividends for vital medication?
