I think the current positioning is ok, and with the plan to expand the ETFs now, it's a solid portfolio.
Just one piece of advice: I would only "add to the stocks with the big red numbers to reduce the equity" if you are really convinced that they will outperform the overall market (World ETF) in the medium term. Otherwise it's better to sell them straight away and switch into the ETF. I made this mistake myself a few times and gave away a lot of returns. Realizing losses hurts somehow, but it's great from a tax perspective ;-)

@spacelaser Thanks for the feedback. I have already realized 50% of AFC's losses this year. With Xiaomi, I'm pretty sure the stock will come back soon. Alibaba is uncertain. I had thought about buying another small position of 1-2k and then waiting (in my opinion it is unlikely that it will go down another 30%. In the worst case scenario, I could lose another 100-200 of the 2k, but that would be worth the risk.
