I am invested in Gladstone investment and Commercial. investment is my biggest high dividend item. Approx. 10%. I also find the monthly distributions great. Gladstone investment is also quite broadly positioned. Kgv somewhat high but not unusual for dividend stocks or ? Gladstone Commercial I am currently cautious. I do not really trust the banking and real estate sector. have 3 items, realty, Gladstone commercial, Bank of scota novia but do not dare to add to it.
