What other problems did you have with Finanz.zero?
I've been there for 1 year and am very satisfied so far.
I particularly like the overview in the app view.

Warrants:
- The sale of warrants was often not triggered. (No stop loss)
- Knockout certificates were offered that were already knocked out (I did not buy them, just found it very interesting, the support could not explain it either)
- Spreads for warrants are more favorable on other brokers
Savings plans:
- For savings plans there was only the 07th a month (Has now been changed to 4 times a month)
- A handful of Japanese shares for the savings plan. Companies such as Itochu, Mitsubishi, Hitachi cannot be saved.
Crypto:
- Advertise crypto, but do not explain to people that it is neither real crypto nor that the spreads at Zero are immensely high (more than 2%) - comparison Bitvavo maximum 0.25%
Support:
- Often a ticket takes over a week to get a meaningless answer
Data transfer:
- Currently only manual data transfer to Getquin possible.
On a positive note, the user-friendly interface and the trading of real Swiss shares, as well as the elimination of trading fees for share purchases of over €500.
