@Epi In the event of a real crash, the emergency fund comes into play 😉

@mitinvest Oh my! War chest, emergency fund... and what happens if the washing machine breaks down? Cash reserve? 🤔 😬

@Epi Not my problem, the landlord has to take care of them 🤣

@mitinvest So if you have nothing else after the war chest and emergency fund, things can get bad quickly. 🤷

@Epi Why should he have a lot of cash? You lose more money waiting for the crash than in the crash. And if he's fully invested and the washing machine is broken, my goodness, he'll just have to sell something 🤷

@mitinvest Have you rented a washing machine?

@Solitair Communal laundry room in the apartment building... In Switzerland, the infrastructure is part of the apartment, not like in Germany.

@DonkeyInvestor Doesn't this logic also apply to the war chest and the emergency fund?
Imagen de perfil
@Epi yes, of course

@DonkeyInvestor Oh, but then the war chest and the emergency fund are always identical to the total value of the custody account. Because if necessary, you can always sell some or all of it. 🤷
