Great, so you lend Microstrategy money relatively interest-free via convertible bonds, which Microstrategy uses to buy bitcoin. And hope that if their business model goes bust, Microstrategy still has bitcoin and you can get your money back.

Sounds stupid. Because microstrategy's business model is bitcoin. Good luck if it goes the other way.
