Comentarios sobre la cartera de inversiones

Hello folks.

I would like to know your opinion.

But first, about me:

36 years old, married from summer, father, investment horizon 20-25 years, Austria

Unfortunately, I only started investing late, right at the time of the corona crash in March 2020. Before that, I'd only had bad bank products pushed on me. Unfortunately, investing in shares has never been an issue in my family, there was and still is only the "good" old savings book and maybe gold.

Be that as it may, the shares I bought back then all did really well, it wasn't difficult. Unfortunately, they were only very small amounts because I didn't dare to invest more. But I sold a lot of them with 100% gains at good times. Then came 2021 and I let myself be influenced by finfluencers and the like, and still clueless as I was, increased the stake and made a few really really shitty purchases. Many are no longer in the portfolio now, but I still have a few pipe-dreamers.

And that's exactly what I'd like to know your opinion on:

$BABA (-0,73 %) , $PYPL (+0,54 %) , $COIN (-7,79 %) , $TKA (-0,54 %) , $NEL (-7,71 %) , $PCELL (-8,34 %) ,

In addition to the others, I actually want to get Nel and Powercell out of my portfolio, but the sums are now so small that I almost don't care if they also run to 0. My thought was to wait until next January to sell them in order to fill my loss offset pot.

This year I already have enough in my loss offset pot through the sale of $NVAX (+1,15 %) and $B8F so that I don't pay any tax on my dividends (except withholding tax).

Thanks to everyone who takes the trouble to answer.

Have a nice weekend.

$NEL and $PCELL are indeed not that great, other players are toying around now with hydrogen, so I don't see them turning things around quickly. $BABA, $PYPL, $COIN and $TKA are in a bit of a negative spiral, but they are still decent companies. I would not sell those. BABA had ok results. PYPL and COIN are trying to turn things around. TKA is just one of those companies, that although value wise should be around 8, it is not up there. In 4 years it can be worth 7.5 and trade at 9.5, the stock market is just crazy.
For the rest you have a nice portfolio. Just one question why do you have a mix of distributing and accumulative etfs?

Perhaps the good figures at Meta could be an indication that sales via PayPal were just as strong. Many merchants who sell via Fb and Insta offer Paypal as a checkout. But since Paypal has hardly reacted to Meta's figures, I could be completely wrong.

Have you ever thought about concentrating your portfolio on 10-15 positions and buying your Nasdaq100 etf and a few stocks that are very highly represented in an index (Apple, Microsoft, LVMH)? ;)

And regarding $BABA, I can only tell you that the best thing for me at the time was to ban China (even with a loss of €3000) from my portfolio altogether 🫡

I mainly use Coinbase to buy crypto and although centralization is frowned upon in cryptocurrencies I still believe that Coinbase is suitable as an interface between fiat and crypto, that's my two cents.

How much does the sale hurt with today's performance? :-S
