A complete delisting with compensation for shareholders by a company is possible and is an entrepreneurial decision.

This is decided by the supervisory board and the stock exchange supervisory authority. Shareholders have no say in the matter.

@Staatsmann Because the Fuchs family has brought KKR on board and wants to delist OHB from the stock exchange after 22 years. The investment company has declared its intention to acquire all shares that are not in family ownership and is offering EUR 44 per share.
