In yesterday's post, I already wrote that I see a buying opportunity for today, even if $NVDA exceeds analysts' expectations. Consequently, I bought more.

@Charmin I firmly expect to see even lower prices.

@Michael-official Maybe. But hitting the low would just be a coincidence anyway. I'll take what I can get. I bought an average of 106.80 euros today - looked pretty good to me. If it goes down further, I'll buy more.

@Charmin Yes, that's right. But I still find it courageous that the rocket course is now continuing in the face of possible consolidation in the AI sector, when many people realize that the technology is good, but can't do everything. I've noticed at work that management doesn't really appreciate what AI is currently capable of. In any case, our AI department is not achieving the hoped-for growth in the Group. Let's see, exciting bet!

@Osiriz I don't see this as a bet, but as an investment. I know NVIDIA very well, am convinced by the figures and consider the current valuation to be a buy.

I also think that some people are ignoring (or don't understand) that NVIDIA is not just about AI, but about accelerated computing. Their chips also solve completely different tasks more efficiently than conventional CPUs.

AI is of course a very important topic, no question about it. However, I also see just as much potential in the renewal of computer infrastructure based on NVIDIA chips.

I am convinced that we will see a lot more of this in the coming years.

That's why I'm invested in it. And I buy when I think the current price is cheap.
@Charmin I see a subsequent purchase rather below 90, I currently find it far too expensive

@Maddy-0 Below 90 would be a P/E ratio of around 35, which I don't think we'll see any time soon. Not after these figures ...

But if I'm wrong: I'd be the first to buy more.
@Charmin think it will level off between 90 and 110. The rally was abnormal. However, the figures will not necessarily be maintained in the long term and then it will remain in this range, my estimate

"However, the figures will not necessarily be maintained in the long term"

@Maddy-0 And it is precisely in this assessment that we differ. That's why I invest in $NVDA. So, of course we won't see a doubling of profits every year, nobody expects that. But the figures will remain very strong in the coming years.

My price target for 2025 is EUR 160.

@Charmin I would wish for that too! After all, it's in the World ETF. 😁

@Charmin Just because a company is making good profits does not mean that the price will continue to rise, I think NVIDIA will soon run out of buyers. All those who were in early will soon take profits and all those who are not yet in will not want to buy at higher prices
