I currently only hold shares thanks to employee participation, but have been thinking about buying some privately for some time. If we still see €15, I'll get in. 😁

•@DerIgel I hope that we won't see €15, but if Trump implements what he has announced, there could be a major slump, and not just for Voest. Things will then get rough on the broad market. Cash will be king again and there will be bargains 😅

@TomTurboInvest I hope not either, but if the worst comes to the worst, it will be granted.

@DerIgel
Prices around € 15 would be pretty low. I think that after the profit warning, the collapse of future sales targets, the issue of the green bond, the sale of Buderus and the reduction in personnel, especially in Dettingen/DE, quite a lot has already been priced in.
Irrespective of the shares from the employee participation scheme, which cannot (yet) be accessed, prices around 19-20 have historically always been buy prices.
The new CFO (since 4/24) Mayer probably had similar thoughts and struck at the beginning of this week:

•Now thinking about getting in. Solid substance value and, as already written, a larger insider trade of the CFO that also shows conviction.
