@Hodlinvestor Yes, I know that. But I found 3 weeks extremely long, as the longest I've had so far was just over a week (also with Petroleo Brasileiro). That's why I was interested to see if it's already there at other banks.
And indeed, last month I had the problem that TR misappropriated 5 shares of a stock that I have owned for a long time 😅 It was then canceled and recalculated after my email.
