8Beat the S&P500 Challenge
I have been thinking about which stocks I could use to beat the S&P500 index.
After a lot of research, I have now decided on 20 American shares, which I will save 100 euros/month each in savings plans from 01.04.2024. As I didn't want any overlaps/duplications with my ETFs (World and Consumer Staples), I chose companies from the second tier. Perhaps one or two of the stocks will also be of interest to you 😉
The portfolio will contain the following shares:
I know that it will be difficult to beat the S&P500, but I still want to try...
the month of July is over.
A nice stock market month it was - a plus of about 2.7% - compared to 2022 (8.2%) not quite too strong, but still satisfied!
"Losses" of 2022 have been equalized.
some positions have changed.
$IFX (-1,86 %) I have sold just under 1/3 and put the profit in $MELI (-4,31 %) , $CDNS (-4,03 %) & $AJG (+0,53 %) reallocated
Savings plan on $IWDA (-1,03 %) & $SPYD (+0,62 %) continued to run normally.

Would like to hear your opinion about it, praise and criticism I like to read through.😅
Is intended for old age, unless I finally find times the right property, then the portfolio is reduced / flattened and I start again from scratch. I just don't like debt.
Briefly about me.

Values like $MELI (-4,31 %)
$AJG (+0,53 %)
$CDNS (-4,03 %) are increased with one-time purchases up to the target size.
Mtl. savings rate is 500€ each distributed in the 3 ETF's. The $CHRG (+0,25 %) is a bet on the future.
The month of June is drawing to a close. It was a nice month for the stock market - a plus of about 2.7% - compared to 2022 (-8.6%).
not much is missing and the "losses" of 2022 are equalized.
some positions have changed.
$ALV (-0,14 %) was sold and replaced by $AJG (+0,53 %) replaced.
$ULVR (+0,79 %) was replaced by $PEP (+3,26 %) replaced.
$TSM (-0,58 %) was sold and $MELI (-4,31 %) & $CDNS (-4,03 %) are new in the depot.
.... bissl here and bissl there was stocked up.

Microsoft ($MSFT (-1,57 %)) - Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella is divesting half of his Microsoft shares, worth $285 million. According to a Microsoft spokesperson, Nadella is selling his shares for diversification and personal financial planning reasons. However, it is believed that he needs the money primarily for tax payments that may soon be due on long-term capital gains. For the same reason, Tesla ($TSLA (-4,32 %)) chief Elon Musk sold share packages worth billions.
Square ($SQ (-12,06 %)) - The payment service Square is changing its name to Block. The background to this is that Square now wants to focus more on the area of cryptocurrencies, the abbreviation "Block" stands for blockchain. The name change is to be implemented as early as December 10.

EU countries have agreed on new transparency rules for remittances using bitcoin ($BTC (-0,32 %)) and co. On Wednesday, the EU issued a press release saying that all transfers with cryptocurrencies should be traceable in the future. This would mean that anonymous cryptowallets would no longer be allowed. Crypto service providers would thus be obliged to make the information about the recipient and sender of the transfer transparent. The background of the EU lies in the fight against criminal transactions with cryptocurrencies.

Today from @Dividente seen a post about this company and immediately made an overview of it. For the time being, it comes on the watchlist and is illuminated in more detail. After a brief overview of the fundamentals and analysts' estimates, the company seems very exciting, but I have to dive deeper to make a decision for myself.
